Over the last few years, Driven Youth Invitational (DYI) has become one of JA of Lincoln’s most popular and talked-about programs. It’s a truly unique opportunity for high school students to hear from and work one-on-one with successful local entrepreneurs, develop their own business plans, and get feedback from the experts. It’s a chance for Lincoln’s best, brightest, and most motivated to gain insight and perspective on possible career paths. Many students say it changes their whole outlook on what’s truly possible, and what kind of work and commitment it will take!
DYI meets Tuesday evenings February 3rd- March 24th from 6pm-7:30pm at Kaplan University in Lincoln. Each session features insight from a different local entrepreneur, including Blake Lawrence of Hurrdat, Adi Kunalic of Hurrdat and opendorse, Nick Bock of Five Nines, Randy Kinney of InfoMetal, Heath Roehr of Powderhook, Dean Hart of MWI Direct, Mailani Veney of Lincoln Industries, Amber Pankonin, and Ron Kellogg Jr. Full speaker bios can be fund at jalincoln.org/dyi. Every session also includes free pizza!
Speaking of free… did we mention that DYI is totally free to students? If you know a high school student who could benefit from this one-of-a-kind program, please forward the information on to them. We don’t want anyone to miss out! Everything you need to get registered can be found at jalincoln.org/dyi. Reserve your seat today to shape your career of tomorrow!
