A few months back we asked for your help in spreading the word about the scholarships that JA of Lincoln offers annually to local high school students, and we thought you’d be interested in the results!
We received a lot of great applications from some very impressive students (and all JA alumni!), but four stood out from the rest – lots of community involvement, sky high GPAs (the lowest among them was a 3.95!), ambitions plans for the future, and great essays demonstrating a real understanding of the JA message. The four winners joined the JA of Lincoln Board of Directors for lunch and an awards presentation during the April meeting.
