Titan Tournament Award Winners

What if you had had the opportunity to try out your business decision-making skills while you were still in high school? How would you have stacked up if you had had to guide a company through issues of pricing, production, marketing, research and development, capital investments, and even charitable contributions?

Every year, JA of Lincoln gives local high school students just this kind of opportunity using the JA Titan curriculum. They form teams and compete in cyber tournaments, trying to make decisions that help their companies outperform the competition. This year, what began as a local field of 64 teams was narrowed to just eight, and those top teams were invited to participate in a tournament on April 2nd at the JA of Lincoln offices. They were competing for the right to represent Lincoln in a national tournament later this month.

JA of Lincoln teams have historically been very successful on a national level with the Titan program, and we have no reason to believe that this year will be any different. As usual, some very impressive students (notably, all from York High School!) have risen to the top of the field, and we wish them the best of luck as they head to Nationals!
